The Indiana Garage Door & Operator Association is expanding its availability with a website! This new site is designed to be a resource for your business. Be sure to bookmark it today while you browse!

On this site, you will find a complete member listing with company names and addresses for your convenience, as well as the contact information for the IGDOA board members and officers. All of the upcoming events and meetings will be listed. We will also have a section devoted to helpful links – if you know of any that we haven’t included, just let us know. You will also be able to download a membership form to add your company to our rosters.

We appreciate feedback, so be sure to tell us what you’d like to see on this site. Our hope is that we can provide you with information about the ways in which IGDOA can make it easier on you to run your business!

UL325-2010 Requirement Now in Effect

As of August 29th, 2010, the United States ANSI/UL325 requirements for Commercial Door Operators will be revised. In short, CDO's will now have to monitor an external entrapment protection device (photo calls, sensing edge). Learn more at Manaras-Opera's site and FAQ area.

EPA Lead-Safe logoNew EPA lead paint regulations

The Envrionmental Protection Agency (EPA) has used new rules requiring the use of safe practices when working in certain properties constructed before 1978 where lead-based paint was or may be present.
